Jesus Loves You

Lyrics

Driving down a country road feeling kind of empty In someone's front yard something caught my eye Just a homemade painted sign that hung a little crooked 3 words in bright red against the white For another couple miles I just shook my head and smiled Jesus loves you Jesus loves you Someone unashamed living out their faith Jesus loves you He really really loves you Like a gift of grace in an unexpected place May I never underestimate the ways that God may say Jesus loves you Sometimes it's a weathered cross that someone nailed together That whispers you were worth the sacrifice Sometimes a simple note handwritten by a brother Soothing words speak peace into my life Something stirs me deep, a reminder that I need Jesus loves you Jesus loves you Someone unashamed living out their faith Jesus loves you He really really loves you Like a gift of grace in an unexpected place May I never underestimate the ways that God may say Jesus loves you It doesn't have to be on a fancy church marquee He can use the least of these to proclaim the truth we need Jesus loves you Jesus loves you Someone unashamed living out their faith Jesus loves you He really really loves you Like a gift of grace in an unexpected place May I never underestimate the ways that God may say May I never underestimate the ways that God may say Jesus loves you
