Joy To The World

The Martins

Ever been down been down to the bottom And your troubles left you singing the blues Ever been stuck been stuck in a rut Where the cares of this life wouldn't turn lose And you turned around and found the answer staring back at you Well you can't keep it to yourself So whatcha gonna do You gotta take that joy to the world Cause the world is waiting for a little good news When the news a'int good Joy to the world, a sweet salvation Don't keep it a secret, why would you not Shout it from the rooftops lifting your voice Singing joy to the world Maybe its time for the timeless truth We're talkin about to be strong and loud Maybe its now cause now's the time So take a deep breath and leave and don't doubt this There's only one name that saves And unlocks Heaven's door You know Jesus is the answer that folks are looking for You gotta take that joy to the world Cause the world is waiting for a little good news When the news a'int good Joy to the world, a sweet salvation Don't keep it a secret, why would you not Shout it from the rooftops lifting your voice Singing joy to the world Even when this home is shaken Even when our heart is breaking Like a river that flows Whenever you go You gotta take that joy to the world Cause the world is waiting for a little good news When the news a'int good Joy to the world, a sweet salvation Don't keep it a secret, why would you not Shout it from the rooftops lifting your voice Singing joy to the world
